Description
Al Mirani Fort, located in old muscat and overlooks the sea of Oman. It was built originally as a tower, before the Portuguese invasion, later the Portuguese rebuilt the fort to protect the harbor. It may be reached by ascending a set of stairs chiseled into the rock. It has been built in the 16th century.
